DELIVERY AND STORE PICKUP TERMS

Customers can either pickup in-store in person or send their preferred courier for pickup.
All FEDEX AND GIG deliveries are insured up to Two Hundred Thousand Naira Only (200,000).
Insurance does not cover for handling but only in situation of a missing parcel which will be treated in accordance to the Terms and Conditions of the courier.

NO EXCHANGE POLICY ON ORDER PICKED UP AFTER 24 HOURS.

Delivery timelines are mere estimate; It could be earlier or later inclusive of SAME DAY. Delivery fee must be paid before order/s can be dispatched.

Timeline for orders placed after Noon starts to count from the following working day excluding Public Holidays and Weekends.
